Position Overview:
We're excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Identity & Access Management Administrator to join our team! This position is fully remote, but you must be located in Colorado. We're looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for a long-term contract role.

Compensation: $30-35 per hour (W2)
Please note: The compensation range provided is an estimate based on typical candidates' experience and skillsets at the time of hire. Factors such as years of experience and specific expertise will influence where you fall within this range. Most candidates start at the lower end.
This role is also eligible for enrollment in our health insurance and retirement plans. Additionally, paid sick leave eligibility is determined in accordance with applicable state or local laws.
About the Role:
As part of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our organization's critical applications, data, and systems are secure from unauthorized access. You'll be responsible for managing the identities and access rights of individuals both inside and outside the organization. This role is essential for maintaining our Audit & Regulatory Compliance standards.
As an IAM Administrator, your day-to-day will involve managing access for state applications, systems, and resources, as well as conducting research to prevent duplicate accounts. You'll also be working in the back end of our IAM Identity Manager system to perform daily tasks, assisting the development team with ticket backlogs, and ensuring that accounts are correctly verified, updated, and managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage identity and access across state systems, ensuring the right person has the right access at the right time.
- Support state applications by managing access, performing research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management and access controls.
- Work closely with the development team to resolve account-related issues, including incorrect data and account transfers.
- Engage in the backend management of our IAM Identity Manager system to perform daily administrative tasks.
What You'll Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience with Windows 10.
- 4-6 years (preferred) of experience with Active Directory.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management, including operations, processes, and controls for Active Directory, email, collaboration platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
- Preferred experience with One Identity products.
- Previous experience working with backend Identity Management systems.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and process engineering expertise.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various technical levels.
- Experience in Information Technology, Information Security, and Identity & Access Management.
