HVAC Technician - Service/ Installation/ Ductwork Fuss Free AC in Ft. Myers, FL.

The job is in Fort. Myer and other surrounding cities. Must have 5 to 10 years of Residential HVAC experience.

We Offer: 

• Great pay based on experience; our top guys earn $22 - $29 per hour. 
• Run your truck, we will provide the vehicle with expenses paid. 

 

  Key Duties:  

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems. 
• Travel to job sites in a service area, and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer/s.
• Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service the emergency needs of our customers.
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection forms.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle. 
• Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
• Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate the system according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, and fully explain to the customer what the issue is and what is needed to correct it. 

Qualifications:  

• Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Valid social security number.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• EPA Certification is required.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required.

 
Physical/Work Environment Requirements:

• Must be able to lift heavy objects to 50 lbs. 
• Be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel, and twist.
• Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.
