What You'll Do
Provide expert service, installation, and maintenance for commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial equipment including chillers, AHUs, and rooftop units
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, recommending efficiency improvements
Perform startup, commissioning, and aftermarket services
Generate quotes and upselling opportunities to maximize customer value
Collaborate with branch team members on complex projects
What You'll Need
Union membership or willingness to join the United Association (UA)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience with chillers, AHUs, or rooftop units
Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, and screw chiller components
Universal EPA refrigerant license and valid driver's license
Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude
Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
Self-motivated with commitment to safety protocols
