Job Duties for a HVAC Manager:

* Directly supervise staff including coaching and performance evaluations
* Recruit and hire personnel
* Review technician schedule to ensure optimal utilization of resources
* Oversee implementation of field service tools
* Review daily work reports and start-up submissions
* Manage Warranty process and filter warranty requests from contractors
* Oversee communication between Service Technicians and factories as needed
* Oversee communication between Service Technicians, mechanical and control contractors, and end users when appropriate
* Resolve escalated safety issues and ensure safety program is adhered to by all Service staff

Qualifications for a HVAC Manager

* 5+years of experience as a HVAC Manager
* Strong understanding of HVAC functions
* Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
* Excellent communication skills
* Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
