Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Manager to lead our team of technicians in providing exceptional service to our residential clients. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residential service department and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

• Manage and mentor a team of HVAC technicians to provide outstanding service to our residential clients
• Schedule and coordinate all residential service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all work
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and identifying areas for improvement
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring that all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including time and material costs, and ensure that all billing is accurate and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC residential service
• Experience in single and multifamily HVAC systems
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of gas piping, electricity, and air flow
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
