What We're Looking For:
HRCI or SHRM certification
10+ years of hands-on HR experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Expertise in multiple HR domains (e.g., employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, compliance, benefits)
Your Role:
As an HR ON CALL expert, you'll provide strategic HR guidance to businesses/hr departments. From compliance issues to performance management, you'll be the go-to resource for professional HR support.
