Job Description

The HR Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to Human Resources and Payroll. This includes but is not limited to:

• Receptionist Duties, Screen and route calls, taking messages, set priority and urgency for staff members
• Assisting with recruitment activities such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
• Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases
• Processing and filing HR paperwork
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assisting with training and development programs
• Data Entry, Maintaining Databases
• Performing other HR-related administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR and Payroll
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems, ad=vance excel skiils a plus!
