Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
St. Louis is known for the Gateway Arch, blues music, Cardinals baseball, and toasted ravioli. It’s home to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery, Forest Park, and the St. Louis Zoo along the Mississippi River.
Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Monday – Friday – 8am – 5pm
- On call Premium – Rotating every Week – 40$ During the Week – 200$ for the Weekend
- Coverage Areas: West St. Louis, Jefferson County, St. Charles County
- Perform in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- EMR: Netsmart – OASIS Charting
- Administer medications, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and safety.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Missouri.
- Previous home health experience preferred.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel locally.
- OASIS experience is a plus.
