Job Description

```html University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide quality in-home care to our clients in Howell, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities and help maintain their comfort and independence in their own homes. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support clients with mobility and transfers to prevent injury
Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the healthcare team
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

Two forms of ids
Ability to pass a background check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in Howell, MI
Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients
