Overview: We are looking for a talented and motivated Attorney with expertise in MSO-PC (Management Services Organization – Professional Corporation) structuring and healthcare transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare law, transactional experience, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. This role focuses on supporting our internal team with MSO-PC structuring and healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the internal team with MSO-PC structuring, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Support the drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements related to healthcare transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Conduct due diligence and provide strategic support on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations that may impact our projects.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in California State Bar and in good standing.
- Significant experience in healthcare law, with a focus on MSO-PC structuring and healthcare transactions.
- Strong understanding of federal and state healthcare regulations, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
