What You’ll Lead
Seasonal menu planning and daily specials
Ordering, inventory, vendor relations, and food costing
BOH hiring, training, scheduling, and staff development
Maintaining sanitation, food safety, quality, and consistency
Clear communication with FOH leadership for smooth service
What You Bring
5+ years BOH restaurant experience
2+ years as a Head Chef, CDC, or BOH leader
Strong communication and supervisory skills
Calm, organized approach to service
Experience in scratch kitchens preferred
Food safety certification a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish helpful
Schedule
Full-Time | 5 days/week
Closed Monday + Tuesday
Service Hours:
Wed–Thu: 4 PM–9 PM
Fri–Sat: 11:30 AM–10 PM
Sun: 11:30 AM–8 PM
