We are currently seeking an Guest Services and Reservation Agent with a can-do attitude for our Vail/ Beaver Creek locations. This position requires a highly organized individual who can remain calm under pressure and balance challenging priorities regularly.

The ideal candidate is looking for a stable, long-term position that will enable them to use their skills and grow in a team-focused and collaborative environment where people are appreciated, valued, and rewarded for their efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Handling reservation inquiries and booking reservations.
• Answering guest questions regarding the area and lodging information.
• Fielding in-house guest inquiries, issues, and complaints.
• Fielding owner inquiries, issues, and complaints.
• Responsible for answering office phones.
• Performing office administration tasks.
• Must be reliable, professional, friendly, and courteous.
• Familiarity with OTAs is helpful but not required, the ability to learn computer systems and computer literacy is required.
• Occasional property inspections.

Requirements:

• Efficient and independent worker, self-starter with a positive attitude. 
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours as required.
• Must have a valid Colorado driver's license and a reliable vehicle. 
• Must be able to use company software systems (with training).
• Must have a smartphone.
• Must be able to be on-call two nights a week to assist with emergency after-hours situations.
