As a Growth Marketer , you will lead top-of-funnel strategy and execution with a focus on ABM and paid media. Your efforts will help more churches discover Tithe.ly’s tools by getting our brand and product suite in front of the right audiences at the right time. You'll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to launch targeted, scalable campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and ultimately support the mission of equipping churches with the technology they need to thrive.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role
Produce ad copy and basic design to support campaign execution and speed to launch.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns primarily on Google Ads, as well as Meta, LinkedIn, CTV, YouTube, and other platforms to drive awareness and lead conversion.
Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline from high-value prospects.
Partner with agency teams to execute integrated, full-funnel campaigns that meet performance benchmarks across acquisition and engagement metrics.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify insights, improve targeting, and increase return on ad spend (ROAS).
Execute a structured testing program to refine messaging, audience segmentation, channel selection, and creative assets, reducing cost per acquisition (CPA) over time.
Manage campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery and cross-functional alignment.

Technical Qualifications
Required:
2–4 years of experience in both Account Based Marketing and paid media.
Proficient in planning and executing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube.
Skilled in writing ad copy and creating basic visual assets to support campaign goals.
Preferred:
Located in PST or MST time zones
Experience working with or managing an ad agency
Office Requirements:
We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel sometimes required 1-2 times per year.
A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
US-based and legally able to work full time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
The starting annual salary for this role is between $72,000-$87,000 .
