Grads Photography is seeking a highly motivated and skilled graphic design professional with a passion for both digital and print media. Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging design concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, flyers, and more.
• Must be located near Chandler, AZ or able to commute to Chandler, AZ. Relocation assistance not available.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) to execute high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Manage and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) to support documentation and project organization.
• Provide design solutions for both print and web, ensuring designs are optimized for various formats and platforms.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the design process, from concept to final production.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to refine and execute design ideas that align with overall project goals.

Qualifications:

• Available to work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (hours may vary).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, balancing creativity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be able to prioritize and manage projects effectively while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Provide a portfolio or samples of previous design work showcasing your proficiency in both digital and print design.

Recommended Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of design experience in a professional setting is preferred.
• Prior experience in designing for both digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print media (brochures, posters, business cards, etc.).
• Familiarity with print production processes and preparing files for print.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
