Position Summary: The Graphic Designer will bring an innovative, creative, and disciplined approach to designing consumer focused online, mobile, and email-based products. The position is located on-site at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design onsite, email, and mobile elements based on product specifications and wireframes to achieve specified goals.
• Work with marketing team to conceptualize and develop innovative collateral.
• Create custom designs for social media campaigns and all marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing team to explore and develop new ideas.
• Ensure the design and posting of web-based marketing is compliant with ADA website standards.
• Assist design team in rolling out new brand identity into all internal materials as well as all external marketing materials.
• Create artwork, signage, and visual elements for events and store locations (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Create production-ready files and work with printers.

• Manage confidential information.

• The ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of Management that are related to the fundamental aspects of the position.

Requirements for Education:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or tech/trade school equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years' professional graphic design experience.

Specialized Knowledge:

• Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is crucial.
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy is essential.
• Skills in web design and user experience/user interface design are increasingly important.
• Excellent foundation of design fundamentals and typography.
• Experience designing consumer focused material.
• Experience with HTML and CSS a plus.
• Agency/corporate experience as a graphic designer. Brand advertising and digital experience are highly desirable.

• Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
• Must have portfolio of past/current projects and designs.

• Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills.

• Working knowledge with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work; ability to interact with a variety of individuals from socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds in sensitive or difficult situations.

Requires repetitive movement, sitting, writing letters and memos, face-to-face discussions with individuals or teams, use of electronic mail, telephone conversations, contact with others (face-to-face, by telephone, or otherwise). Requires repeating the same physical activities or mental activities over and over; requires being exact or highly accurate, requires meeting strict deadlines. Requires work with external providers, customers or the public, work with others in a group or team, coordinating or leading others in accomplishing work activities. May at times require travel to multiple sites and locations.
