Key Responsibilities:
Design enterprise GIS architecture for high availability and scalability.
Develop roadmaps for platform consolidation and cloud readiness.
Ensure alignment of architecture with GDOT IT standards, GTA policies, and Esri best practices.
Lead efforts in ArcGIS Pro migration, Esri Roads & Highways upgrade, and database optimization.
Collaborate with GDOT's IT architects and EGIS Team Lead for integration reviews.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Information Systems, or Engineering.
10+ years of experience designing and implementing Esri Enterprise solutions.
Expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise (10.6.1 11.1), Oracle 19c SDO, and Azure AD integration.
Proven experience with DOT-level GIS modernization or statewide GIS platforms.
