Job Description:

The Production Associate is responsible for performing multiple functions within the production area to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant production processes. This role collaborates with team members to achieve maximum output and maintain high-quality standards for each unit produced.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prep all materials before production, ensuring correct items and quantities are available. Conduct visual inspections of raw and packaging materials.
• Fill and feed machinery with the correct foam or fiber based on the work order for each production assignment.
• Fill each unit accurately, validate the weight and desired feel of the product, and match it to the provided sample.
• Ensure each unit is closed properly, with the fill completely inside and the zipper enclosure secured.
• Package each unit according to the work order and instructions from the production manager.
• Perform constant visual inspections and report any issues or concerns to the quality inspector or production manager immediately.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking. stepping, and bending repeatedly throughout the day. Lifting upto 50lbs.
