Overview:

The role of General Labor Pharma is crucial to the pharmaceutical industry as it involves supporting various functions within the production and quality control processes. The individual in this role plays a vital part in ensuring that pharmaceutical products are manufactured packaged and labeled in compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the production of pharmaceutical products according to standard operating procedures
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols in the laboratory and production areas
• Performing manual assembly and packaging of pharmaceutical products
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the work area to maintain sterile and controlled environments
• Conducting visual inspections of products for defects or abnormalities
• Completing production and quality control documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and machinery
• Participating in training on pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards
• Supporting quality control testing and analysis as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in pharmaceutical production or laboratory techniques are a plus
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical production or laboratory environment
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards such as GMP and FDA guidelines
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict protocols
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a teambased environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedules
