Ophthalmology Institute in Saratoga, CA seeks a medical Optometrist to co-manage ocular disease and surgical patients
This superior ophthalmology practice is led by a skilled Ophthalmologist and offers minimal wait times, individualized patient experiences, and a traditional close doctor/patient relationship. It serves patients struggling with diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, dry eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and vision problems.
Highlights of the position:
-No glasses/contacts fittings
-About 90% medical co-mgt, 10% routine exams
-Tech assistance
-4-days/week schedule: Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri
-$600-700/day

Responsibilities of the O.D:
-Co-manage glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, some myopia management
-Pre- & post-op exams
-See 15-20 patients/day
Requirements of the O.D.:
-Must speak Korean
-Doctor of Optometry (O.D.)
-CA license
