This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships, driving new business, and supporting company growth. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities, prospect potential clients, and drive sales efforts to generate revenue.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries, resolve service issues, and think critically to provide effective solutions when challenges arise.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth communication and seamless delivery of logistics services.
Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document client interactions, maintain records of sales activities, and prepare reports as needed.
Training & Development: Participate in hands-on training to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights, with ongoing opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications:
Experience: Experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain management is required.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think critically, handle challenging situations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Highly organized, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Ethic: Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week).
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in prospecting, customer relations, or managing a sales pipeline.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
