We are currently looking for a driven Personal Trainer who is enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, hardworking, and a collaborative team player. A positive mindset and genuine passion for the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in customer service, sales, and personal or group training. A valid personal or group training certification is REQUIRED; however, aspiring trainers without experience may inquire about our internship opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness, you will play a crucial role in helping members and guests reach their health and fitness goals. Key responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service
Managing training sales and client relationships
Handling communications via phone, email, text, and the Anytime Fitness app
Delivering personalized one-on-one and group training sessions
Creating and maintaining a positive, welcoming, and motivational environment
Conducting fitness assessments and body composition scans
Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety of the training areas
Assisting clients in setting and achieving fitness goals through regular motivation and accountability
Participating in community events and promotional activities
Offering online coaching and accommodating various fitness levels with appropriate modifications
Managing administrative tasks, including billing and scheduling
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Personal Training certification from recognized organizations (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA)
Proven experience in personal or group training, customer service, and sales (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
Genuine passion for health and fitness
Technologically proficient
Flexible schedule availability
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
