Position:  Financial Analyst

Working Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (PST) | 12 AM - 8 AM (Philippine Time)

Salary Range:  $1000-$1250 / Monthly

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and preparing reports to support the company's financial planning, decision-making, and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to senior management.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

• Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with department heads to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.

• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis as required.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
• Atleast 2-3 years experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 50mbps internet speed
• Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
