Overview: Gain experience on our 107-acre Trapp Farm as we grow produce in what will be our fifth season of production! Grow high quality, nutrient dense food while stewarding the land and adding to your farming skills. You will work with our farm manager(s), Operations Director, volunteers and other workers while doing a wide variety of farm tasks. This position is a physically demanding job and often works alone.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: fieldwork (soil prep, planting, weeding, cultivation, harvest), processing (washing, weighing, packing), and farm infrastructure projects.
