We are Titus-Will Automotive Group, one of the largest dealership families in Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland! We are currently looking for Service Advisors to join our incredible service departments. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of automotive experience. Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $60,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience, qualifications, and performance)
• Compensation Structure: Base salary plus performance based incentives

• 5+ years of dealership/independent shop experience as a Service Advisor/Writer/Customer Service required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
