Job Description

We are Titus-Will Automotive Group, one of the largest dealership families in Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland! We are currently looking for Service Advisors to join our incredible service departments. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of automotive experience. Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $60,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience, qualifications, and performance)
Compensation Structure: Base salary plus performance based incentives

401(k) retirement savings plan (eligible after 90 days of employment)
Earn 1.0 hour of Paid Time Off (PTO) for every 40 hours worked

5+ years of dealership/independent shop experience as a Service Advisor/Writer/Customer Service required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
