An established and growing firm is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to its Chief Executive Officer. This is a trusted, long-term role for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being a true right-hand partner.
Responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive executive and personal support to the CEO
Managing complex calendars, travel, and day-to-day priorities with discretion
Serving as a key point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Handling sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost professionalism
Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Executive and/or Personal Assistant
Experience within finance or professional services strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Polished, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Ability to operate effectively in a close-knit, collaborative culture
What’s Offered:
Total compensation of $140K–$170K, commensurate with experience
