COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $25/hour
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
ROLE IMPACT
Join a respected Dallas-based art organization as an Executive Assistant providing seamless administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role ensures smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications, allowing executives to focus on strategic initiatives and organizational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics with precision
• Manage internal and external communications, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Support daily administrative functions and ensure office efficiency
• Serve as a polished and welcoming point of contact for staff, partners, and visitors
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven experience supporting executive or senior-level leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general administrative tools
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Professional and courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
