Responsibilities for the Excavation Helper:

• Assist in the excavation, repair, and replacement of plumbing and sewer systems on residential properties.
• Work as part of a two-person crew, utilizing a truck, trailer, and excavation equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Operate equipment such as shovels, rakes, and other hand tools.
• Help with the installation of plastic and concrete tanks, septic systems, and sewer systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements for the Excavation Helper:

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• A clean driving record is required.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs at times.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (except lightning or severe storms).
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
