Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral to the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management and coordination. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning and coordinating project activities.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to the team.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to gather project information and feedback.
• Support the development of project policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Project.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
