**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in project cost management, including developing estimates, budgets, and schedules.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and formulate alternative solutions.
- Expertise in change management, forecasting, progress tracking, and cashflow analysis.
- Effective communication skills, facilitating cross-departmental and inter-organizational collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, develop approaches to solutions, and achieve objectives with limited supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules for project assignments.
- Collaborate with accounting to reconcile costs and ensure project cost systems align.
- Engage with contractors on progress, schedules, and contract administration.
- Provide cost and schedule inputs for monthly reports and management presentations.
- Implement financial controls and monitor project budgets in alignment with management plans.

- Experience in project management and project costs for engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction industries including: metals, mining, minerals, energy, water/wastewater, hydrogen fuel, pipeline services and utilities.
