We are seeking a dedicated and experienced emergency medicine (EM) physician to join our team at Texas Health Harris Methodist Regional Hospital - Stephenville, a well-established facility located just 1 hour and 25 minutes southwest of Fort Worth. Opportunity Overview

• Independent Contractor (1099) position: maximize your earning potential
• Flat hourly rate: predictable, competitive compensation
• Sign-on bonus available for full-time physicians who work an average of 120 hours/month
• Supportive staffing model
• 24 hours of physician coverage per day (two, 12-hour shifts)
• 10 hours of APC coverage to ensure efficient patient flow
• Scribes available allowing you to focus on patient care
• Patient volume: approximately 50 patients per day
• EMR: Epic: a streamlined system for easy documentation
