OCTI Management, a leading  e-commerce growth company  specializing in  D2C brand expansion and acquisition , is looking for a  strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager  to drive our digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and channels.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the e-commerce strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media, email marketing, and social media for our D2C brand portfolio, which includes men’s fashion, skincare, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms ( Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok )
  • Manage monthly ad budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet key performance indictors (KPIs)
  • Implement  A/B testing and data-driven campaign optimizations – from launch to managing.

Email Marketing

  • Create and implement data-driven email marketing campaigns
  • Develop automated workflows and segmentation strategies for customer engagement
  • Optimize email sequences to enhance acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and maintain high deliverability rates
  • Innovate to adjust and improve results on an ongoing basis.

Social Media Management

  • Lead organic and paid social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee content calendars, posting schedules, and brand messaging consistency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and high-converting content.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns
  • Monitor analytics to track engagement, sentiment, and conversion impact.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and present  comprehensive performance report s for all digital marketing channels
  • Analyze campaign data to identify  trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Provide  data-driven recommendations to improve marketing return on investment (ROI).
  • Track and report on  conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and LTV.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in-house (not agency)
  • Proven track record in  managing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Strong experience with  email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
  • Project management platform experience, prefer ClickUp
  • Proficiency in  Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce analytics tools.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with  Shopify.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms
