Our Driver Trainee position will help you earn a Class A Commercial Driver’s License by putting YOU in the driver’s seat. You’ll be learning from working with our top-notch team of experienced drivers, without the expense of CDL school. At DeCrescente, CDL training is a part of your job! Driver Trainees get the skills they need to become licensed CDL A drivers, all while working full time, four days a week!

Hourly Rate: $21.50/hr.

Driver Trainees ride on delivery trucks, assisting the Driver with the delivery of cases and kegs of beverage products. The Driver Trainee helps put away product at accounts, and ensures the product is properly merchandised and rotated for freshness. This job is physically rigorous and starts early in the morning.
