Better Trucks is one of America's fastest-growing last-mile delivery companies, and we are looking for independent drivers to partner with us in the St. Louis metro area (MO & IL)! We're seeking reliable, independent contractors to partner with us and earn extra income.

This is a flexible gig opportunity to earn extra income on your own schedule. We're seeking reliable independent contractors to deliver parcels using their own vehicles.

Earn Your Way: Fast Pay & Total Independence

• Get Paid for the Route (Not the Hour):  An estimated 4-hour route might take you 3 hours—you keep the full 4-hour pay! On occasion, a route may take longer than estimated, but the pay remains the same for that route block.
• Dynamic Pay Offers: Earn  typically $75 - $175 per route. Pay is based on the specific route. Some routes will pay more, while some routes will pay lower.
• Independence: You have the potential to be yourself. No passengers, just you and your favorite music, podcast, or audiobook.
• Variety of Routes: Choose the zones that work for you. Route duration times vary—some are 2-4 hours, some 3-5, and others 4-6.
• Same-Day Pay: Complete your route today, get paid fast.
• No CDL Required: Use your own vehicle to start earning. We welcome cars, minivans, SUVs, Jeeps, cargo/sprinters or pickup trucks (must have a covered bed).

• Show Interest: Use our easy app to see and show  interest in available blocks.
• Deliver: Pick up your packages, scan, and deliver them.
• Get Paid!Receive your earnings with Same-Day Pay.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid U.S. Driver's License
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Own a reliable vehicle with enough space to load packages
• Have an iPhone or Android smartphone.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers when needed
• Safely transport and deliver packages, following all driving regulations

Metro and Hub Information:

• Service Area: Delivering to the St. Louis metro area. Routes may include suburbs in both  Missouri and  Illinois (e.g., Granite City, Belleville, etc.).
• Pick-Up Location: Missouri Bottom Rd, Northwest Twp, MO 63042 (full address will be presented at a later time).
• Available Work Days:  Monday - Saturday.
