Job Description

We are looking for a driven, competitive individual who is wanting to grow and develop themselves as well as the company. You will be going door-to-door for a local home improvement company and setting up appointments with homeowner's for free estimates.

You must have the persistence to push yourself, be financially driven, confidence to become the best version of yourself, and ultimately have the drive to be successful. 

Amazing pay opportunity. $20-22 Hourly + Uncapped Bonus! Training provided! Full Time, Monday-Friday. Overtime Opportunities available. Looking for someone self-reliant & with a very strong work ethic!

Requirements:

• Ability to walk door-to-door for 8+ hours a day
• Confidence speaking with homeowner's at the door
• Open-minded to learning & growth
• Competitive and has the desire to be the best
• Ability to not only meet but exceed production expectations
• Must be able to work the scheduled shift; we do not make accommodations
• Must be punctual; being on time is very important in this job
• Willing to work on a team
• Have integrity 
• Door Knocking Experience preferred
• Sales Experience preferred
