Job Description

Description We are seeking a California-barred Document Review Attorney for a fully remote opportunity supporting litigation and compliance projects. This role is ideal for attorneys who are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently while meeting strict deadlines. Candidates must be local to the East Bay area for occasional in-person meetings or onboarding. Responsibilities + Review and analyze large volumes of documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality. + Identify key issues, patterns, and responsive materials in litigation or regulatory matters. + Apply case-specific protocols and coding standards accurately. + Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to ensure timely completion of review phases. + Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols. + Provide summaries or reports of findings as requested by supervising attorneys. Requirements + Active California Bar license in good standing. + Prior experience in document review, e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw), or litigation support. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines. + Excellent written communication and analytical skills. + Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
