Direct Support Professional - Monday through Friday 7:30A-3:30P.

$17.50/hour with a high school diploma or Associate's Degree, pay increases to $18.00/hour at 6 months of successful employment

$18.75/hour with a 4-year degree, pay increases to $19.25/hour after 6 months of successful employment

Monday through Friday, day hours - NO EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAYS!!!

Qualifications and Skills:

• Enthusiasm and creativity.
• Enjoys helping others.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a DHS background study.

The Direct Support Professional position includes a $2000 hiring bonus:

• $500 paid out at 1 month of successful employment.
• $250 paid out at 3 months of successful employment.
• $250 paid out at 6 months of successful employment.
• $250 paid out at 9 months of successful employment.
• $750 paid out at 1 year of successful employment.
• In addition, this position also receives a $200 longevity bonus at 1 year of successful employment, for a total of $2200 in bonuses within your 1st year.

Compliance with 245D licensing rules, motor vehicle background check, and a valid driver’s license are required. Dependable/ reliable transportation. We provide all training and will certify you in 1st Aid, CPR, Medication Certification, and Mandt (positive supports).
