Job Title: Developer – Front-End

The Front-End Developer will be responsible for building modern, performant, and content-driven web applications using React, Next.js, and Contentful. This role emphasizes collaboration with content teams and focuses on scalable content architecture, seamless API integration, and optimized delivery across regions and languages.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using React and Next.js frameworks.
• Integrate and consume data from Contentful CMS via Contentful SDKs and GraphQL/REST APIs.
• Implement and maintain content models (content types, references, localization) within Contentful.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content editors, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility, ensuring smooth rendering via SSG (Static Site Generation) and SSR (Server-Side Rendering).
• Manage deployments and continuous integration through CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Vercel, or similar).
• Work with webhooks and preview APIs to enable dynamic and editorial workflows.
• Support multi-language and multi-region content strategies.
• Ensure alignment with content lifecycle management practices and maintain scalability for content updates.

Mandatory Skills

• React.js – strong experience developing component-based UIs.
• Next.js – for SSG/SSR-based React applications.
• TypeScript – proficient in writing strongly typed, scalable code.
• RESTful & GraphQL API Integration – ability to connect and manage API data efficiently.
• Contentful Experience:
  • Using Contentful SDKs (contentful, contentful-management, contentful-rich-text-react-renderer)
  • Content modeling (content types, references, localization)
  • Webhooks & preview APIs

Highly Desired Skills

• Vue.js or Svelte (optional but beneficial for flexibility in JAMstack ecosystems).
• CI/CD Pipelines – hands-on experience with GitLab or Vercel .
• JAMstack principles – understanding headless CMS architectures and static site generation workflows.
• Content lifecycle management – awareness of how content moves through creation, review, and publishing.
• Cross-functional collaboration – ability to partner with publishers, designers, and content editors effectively.
• Multi-language/multi-region support – managing localization and internationalization in web apps.
