We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cleaning, Recon, and Lot Manager. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in overseeing the quality of work coming out of our recon and cleaning department, providing guidance to our lot porters, and ensuring the overall presentation of our showroom and lot meets our high standards.

 

• The employer has identified this position as a safety-sensitive position and requires pre-employment drug screening, including for non-psychoactive THC.

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and maintain the quality of work produced by the recon and cleaning department
• Provide direction and oversight to lot porters, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of the lot and inventory structure, ensuring organization and cleanliness.
• Lead training, monitoring, and mentoring of staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to make sure customer needs are being met.
• Ensuring compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all aspects of lot and inventory management.
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements in reconditioning, lot management, and customer service, implementing changes as needed to enhance overall operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for team growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Familiarity with RV and Marine products is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience parking and moving trailers is a plus.

Schedule:  

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
• Overtime and weekends as needed

Compensation:

• Base: 50K/year
• $5 per unit delivered bonus
• RECON BONUS
  • This bonus rewards efficient reconditioning of used inventory, with higher incentives for faster turnaround times, but reduces payouts if older units remain non-reconditioned at the end of the month.
• Estimated to be between $54,000 and $60,000 annually total
