The Department:

As a Cyber Security Analyst at PayXpert, a fintech startup of around 100 people and a subsidiary of a major banking group, you will play a key role in securing our systems and data while ensuring compliance with strict financial regulations, including those from the ECB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Analyze Security Alerts: Continuously monitor security alerts and incidents using Microsoft 365 Security Center and other tools. Analyze and respond to potential security threats in a timely manner.
• Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and perform remediation.
• Security Incident Response: Lead the investigation and response to security incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary. Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.
• Security Policies and Procedures: Implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Solid understanding of Cybersecurity risk management and incident response
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 security products is a plus
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools is a plus

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory
• French is a plus but not required
