About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, documenting interactions, and using provided scripts and resources to guide conversations. This position plays an important role in supporting government clients, and you will be required to obtain a public trust entry-level security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on empathy and understanding.
Maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection to perform tasks efficiently.
Confidently use online reference materials to offer accurate and efficient information to customers.
Utilize technical systems such as desktops, call center phone systems, and internet-based tools to manage calls effectively.
Ensure high-quality interactions that meet department standards and metrics.
Educate and answer customer questions with the most current information available.
Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion, following established protocols.
What You'll Need (Must-Have):

High School Diploma or GED
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment
A strong internet connection (no cellular data) and the ability to hardwire through an ethernet cable due to the remote nature of the role
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

Bilingual or multilingual skills
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
Prior experience with a Public Trust Entry-Level Clearance (for government clients)
Licenses in insurance, healthcare, or finance sectors
Previous experience working in a FEMA Call Center
