Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and professional person to fill our Customer Service Representative position. This is a fast-paced position that requires high levels of organization and attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for fielding incoming calls from potential and existing clients, providing information regarding services that are offered, creating work orders, scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations, editing field technician reports and invoicing. Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer calls from customers who are inquiring about leak detection services. Customers include but are not limited to: homeowners, insurance adjusters, management companies, plumbers/utility contractors and commercial/industrial businesses.
• Create work orders, provide verbal and formal quotes for leak detection services
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for technicians
• Develop and publish daily work schedule
• Dispatch technicians in the most efficient and effective manner possible during the day
• Manage technician’s daily field activities
• Coordinate repair requests and follow up between technicians and clients
• Present a courteous and professional image to the customers
• Review, revise and email technician reports to customers

Skill and Abilities Required

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Moderate to strong computer skills including with Microsoft Excel, Word and other software applications
• Salesforce and QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required
