Gridline Construction LLC, a subsidiary of Valard Construction LP is a is a premier transmission line construction company based out of the US and part of the Quanta Group, the largest electrical power contractor in North America. GRD is an IBEW union contractor.
We are seeking a 40-50 ton Crane Operator (certification required) to be based out of Denver, Colorado.
Rotation/Shift: 28 days-on / 14 days-off
Perform activities in line with weight Certification
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections as required to insure the safe operation of crane or truck
Perform safe operations of men in a basket and other stringing activities
Complete necessary daily documentation (e.g. truck log, crane log, etc.)
Perform regular maintenance of crane/truck in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations
Have a working knowledge and understanding of applicable federal, provincial, and municipal regulations
Ensure equipment is loaded, rigged, hoisted, and secured properly
Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with safe operating practices
Secure all equipment and attachments while in transit or left unattended
Class 1 License required
NCCCO Certification required
