Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and professional Mobile Patrol Security Officers (Contractor) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and random patrols of client properties, ensuring the safety of premises, staff, and visitors.

This is a contractor position —ideal for security professionals seeking flexible scheduling and supplemental income while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile patrols of designated client sites in a company or personal vehicle (depending on assignment).
• Perform security checks, lock/unlock services, and respond to alarms.
• Report and document all observations, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Provide rapid response to emergencies, disturbances, or safety hazards.
• Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and law enforcement as needed.
• Complete detailed daily activity reports and incident reports.

Requirements

• Valid state-issued security license/guard card (must be current).
• Must own a reliable personal vehicle suitable for patrol work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation (use of personal vehicle required; mileage may be reimbursed depending on contract).
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred but not required.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
