Job Summary

The  Content Writer / Investment Deck Designer is responsible for creating high-impact content and visually compelling presentations to support BaRupOn's investor outreach, funding campaigns, and strategic communications. This role combines strategic writing with strong design sensibilities to craft decks, fact sheets, and written narratives that translate technical projects into clear and persuasive investor stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and design compelling investment decks, pitch materials, and project briefs
• Translate complex energy, infrastructure, and healthcare projects into digestible, high-impact content
• Collaborate with executives, engineers, and investor relations teams to gather key inputs
• Maintain a library of templates, case studies, and one-pagers tailored to different funding audiences
• Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and investor messaging strategy
• Research industry benchmarks, impact metrics, and visual storytelling trends
• Edit existing documents and decks for clarity, tone, and strategic alignment
• Support web content, executive bios, impact summaries, and press kits as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in content writing, investment marketing, or pitch deck design
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (samples/portfolio required)
• Proficient in presentation and design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma)
• Understanding of investor communications, fundraising terminology, and infrastructure language
• Experience working with marketing, finance, or business development teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Background in renewable energy, infrastructure, cleantech, or capital markets content
• Familiarity with impact investing, ESG metrics, or financial modeling terms
• Motion graphics or video scripting skills a plus
