We are a leading global e-commerce company seeking an experienced English-German/Turkish/Mexican Spanish Content Strategist to join our team in Hangzhou, China. In this role, you will focus on evaluating and refining large language models for English-German/Turkish/Mexican Spanish translation, ensuring accurate, high-quality outputs across content like product descriptions, promotional emails, and mobile notifications on our platform.

The ideal candidate is a native German/Turkish/Mexican Spanish speaker with extensive expertise in translation and localization, capable of producing exceptional results under tight deadlines. This is a contractor position based in Hangzhou, China, with a requirement to work onsite five days a week. Key Responsibilities

• Translation Quality Evaluation: Assess the quality of English-German translations generated by large language models, following established evaluation guidelines.
• Error Identification and Correction: Detect translation inaccuracies and provide precise, contextually appropriate English-German translations.
• Model Fine-Tuning: Utilize high-quality English-German translations as examples to fine-tune large language models, enhancing AI translation capabilities for consistent, accurate outputs across product and promotional content.
• Standard Development & Optimization: Collaborate closely with UX content designers to gain deep insights into real user journeys on Alibab.com, and use that understanding to refine AI output standards and develop clear, effective content guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with AI engineers and content creators to seamlessly integrate translation solutions into workflows.
