Job Title: Senior, Construction Project Manager - Commercial Projects

Location: Indianapolis, IN *Relocation assistance provided

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities: (Construction Project Management, Commercial Projects)

What you will be doing:

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Provide accurate reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize Bluebeam software to review and manage construction documents
• Ensure project adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards

Responsibilities:

• 5-10+ years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry
• Expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling and Closeout for Commercial Construction Projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management
• Proficiency in Bluebeam software
• AutoCAD experience

• Nice to have: Pre-cast concrete, Tekla, Trimble, Bluebeam
