Communications/Technical Writing Specialist (Remote) Clearance: **Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility** Position Description: Network Runners is seeking a Communications/Writing Specialist to support the DHS Insider Threat Program with DHS-wide strategic planning, program evaluation, monitoring, and measurement of the DHS Insider Threat Program Enterprise implementation. This position is located at DHS HQ NAC - 3801 Nebraska Ave NW, Washington DC 20012 (Remote).
Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist the Insider Threat Program (ITP) in developing strategies, tactics, and communications methods and processes to effectively inform key audiences about changes, create buy-in, gain understanding, and transition the organization, with the goal of steadily increasing stakeholder engagement.
- Planning and execution of critical strategic business initiatives to be clear, consistent, and relevant to all stakeholders involved.
- Provide support in the process of moving the ITP from an existing state to a future state in the areas of technology, communications, and the documentation of best practices and lessons learned.
- Assist the Government in developing strategies, tactics and plans that support the transition to new operational methods and practices to include the development of the Insider Threat Hub.
Position Requirements: - B.S. or B.A. degree.
- Demonstrated writing skills.
- Demonstrated PowerPoint skills
- MS Office Suite
- Demonstrate an aptitude for learning and attention to details to deliver a professional product
