Commercial Roofing Project Manager & Sales
We're looking for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager & Sales Professional to join our client's team! This role combines project management with client-facing sales, driving business growth while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish-scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial roofing market
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts
Oversee project timelines, crews, and materials to ensure successful completion
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management and sales
Strong understanding of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, coatings, etc.)
Proven track record of managing projects and closing sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
