The Role

The Coat-Check and Club Reception Attendant sets the tone for the entire member experience, handling members' luxury coats and belongings with care, discretion, and style. Y ou will assist Zero Bond Members and their guests with their belongings by properly storing coats, hats, and accessories and retrieving them for members and their guests upon their departure. 

The Responsibilities:

• Welcome members & their guests in a professional and poised manner, and provide hospitable service throughout your shift — including warm conversation and respectful eye contact
• Properly and gracefully receive luxury coats, bags, hats, accessories, and all personal belongings, from members & their guests. Store the coats and belongings neatly.
• Manage the organization of Zero Bond's coat check process from start to finish
• Ensure members & guests receive a ticket for their belongings upon drop-off, allowing for a seamless pickup when leaving the Club
• Calmly and professionally assist members with questions or concerns throughout the shift
• Manage any lost items according to Zero Bond's lost & found policy, including communication with guests who may have misplaced belongings
• Manage inventory of Coat Check supplies, such as hangers and shelving
• Assist with training new employees

Qualifications & Disposition:

• Must have a minimum 1 year experience
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Flexible schedule based on the needs of Zero Bond, their programing, and peak times
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others
• Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift of up to 30 pounds on occasion and 15 pounds regularly 
• Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
