Job Description

Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for Full-Time employees to perform cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern Virginia.

• Disinfecting and sanitizing common areas and high-touch points.
• High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing.
• Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
• Restocking supplies and inventory.
• Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors.
• Cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and elevators.
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.

Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:

• Walking and standing.
• Climbing.
• Bending forward.
• Wearing hip/backpack vacuum.
• Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder.

Requirements:

• An active Top Secret Security Clearance or Higher - REQUIRED.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to understand oral and written instructions.
• Willing to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers' expectations.

• Competitive base pay in the mid to high $28 to $31 per hour.
